The heavy duty standard application provides the
functions necessary to diagnose most SAE/TMC
J1708/J1587 electronic control system/engine,
transmission, brakes, instruments and emissions. To
address advanced capabilities provided by the
manufacturers, the MPC uses PCMCIA cards [ One Included]. The cards are plugged into the back of the unit, and provide additional functions unique to each manufacturer. The following list contains features and functions available with the included card:

 It provides real-time data, diagnostic information and on-screen trouble code definitions. It’s designed to guide technicians through even the
most complicated vehicle tests using simple menus and message screens. Pro-Link’sbuilt-in flight (snap-shot feature) recorder lets you record data on test drives then review it back at the shop. TheProLink
also has a 4-line, 20 character per line LCD display and can even help identify difficult intermittent problems. With the adjustable display the Pro-Link is easy to read in different lighting conditions. The RS-232 serial port allows you to connect the unit to the, Pro-Link printer or a personal computer.
